Wild Philippines Agarwood - Aged Vintage 1999 Agarwood
This batch is truly exceptional. Kept preserved in a dark place to allow it to mature, this Agarwood holds its own in terms of taking one on a true olfactory adventure. Its opening of deep rich dark leathery resin, melting into musky vanilla and gradually drying down to sweet forest honey. These are some of the many complex layers this Agarwood has to offer. One tends to get a sense of calm and tranquillity upon using it over precise heat settings.
I would recommend trying this beautiful oudh with various burning methods to reveal its true potential. This batch a high resin content.
This agarwood works well on all kinds of incense burners. I personally prefer to use it on a layer of ash over slow-burning charcoal.
