Cancellation policy
Order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Returns
Note: It is highly recommended to buy the smaller size of an item to try before you go for the bigger version if you are uncertain about the product as we do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake from our side which rarely occurs and we try to resolve them as soon as possible / you can return only unopened products to us (To comply with industry-standard hygiene policy, we do not accept returns of used items, as most of our oils are provide with a dip stick that come into direct contact with the skin. This policy ensures the safety and well-being of all our customers).

Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Kindly provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return request.
If your return request meets our criteria we will authorise the return as soon as possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited back to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bakhoorstoreincense.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for returned shipping. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods such as beauty products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
Exchanges
We do not offer the exchange of already purchased goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
