Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at BakhoorStoreIncense. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-6 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Please note:  We do not offer a "next day delivery service".  Express orders are subject to our advertised processing times.

Local shipping rates & delivery estimates

Domestic UK standard shipping is Free - Royal Mail 48 hour signed for service.

Express Shipping - DPD or Royal Mail - 1-2 working days - Flat rate £10.00

                               

International Shipping 

All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

NOTE: Expect a delay during the holiday period (Nov/Dec) as our couriers experience a surge in parcels to be delivered.

Transit time estimates are shown below:
USA: 7-10 working days
CA, AUS, UK: 7-10 working days
Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of world: 10-15 working days

Shipping prices are a flat fee:
USA  - Orders between £1.00 - £40.53 = £6.90

USA - Orders between £40.53 - NO LIMIT = FREE

Europe - Orders between £8.00 - £200.00 = £6.90
Rest of world: £8.00 - £15.53 where applicable.

 

Delivery times are not guaranteed taking in to account various delays that shipping companies may experience time to time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BakhoorStoreIncense is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
